The Godfrey Library is St. Luke’s main library. It serves grades 5 through 12 and the school's faculty and staff. The mission of the library is to support the curricular needs of both students and faculty and to impart the skills that will allow our students to become independent lifelong learners and critical thinkers.

To this end, the library maintains a collection of approximately 10,000 books, an extensive list of periodical subscriptions, numerous local and national newspapers and a video collection. These resources are supplemented by both subscriptions to numerous on-line databases and interlibrary loan services that are provided through the libraries membership with the Connecticut Digital Library.

A librarian is available at all times to assist both students and faculty with research and reference questions. Both group and individual bibliographic instruction is conducted on an as needed basis and through scheduled instruction sessions.

Computers are available for students both on the main floor of the library, and on the mezzanine.
