Thank you for your interest in St. Luke’s School! We know searching for an independent school that feels right for you and your child is an exciting and emotional process. Each independent school has its own mission, serves a different student population, and has its own unique program offerings. Finding the right match for you and your child is the most important part of this process. We hope that this "virtual visit" of St. Luke's School piques your interest and offers insight into what makes it such a special place.

Admission to St. Luke’s is selective. Applicants are accepted on the basis of demonstrated intellectual curiosity, academic achievement, community and extracurricular involvement, and leadership. These are determined by school records, teacher recommendations, test results, personal essays, and an interview. St. Luke's also actively seeks to enroll students from a variety of backgrounds, whose unique perspectives and experiences enrich life at the School.

Students are admitted to grades 5 through 12. Each applicant is carefully evaluated by the Admissions Committee to determine his/her ability to handle successfully the demands of the School’s academic and extracurricular programs.

If you cannot find your answers with a click of your mouse, contact us directly at 203-801-4833. Again, thank you for your interest in St. Luke’s School. We hope to hear from you soon.
