Giving is Good for You

In addition to being good for St. Luke’s students, did you know that giving is good for you? According to the research, giving:

  • Helps you live longer
  • Makes you happier
  • Releases endorphins similar to working out and which has been called the “helper’s high.”

So for your health, happiness, and longevity, go ahead and make a donation, volunteer your time, and share your talents at St. Luke’s.
