You will need to find and download an app for your device that supports accessing streaming radio stations that are in the SHOUTcast registry.  Install the app and once you have it running search for 'WSLX' in the directory of SHOUTcast stations.

Try the "TuneIn Radio" app for your smartphone, it is available free for iPad, iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Palm, and Windows phones.

WSLX would not be what it is today without the skills, talents, and time of a dedicated group of faculty, alumni, and friends. WSLX faculty advisers, who oversee the day-to-day operations of the station are Dean of Middle School Student Life Troy Haynie (SLS ’85), and Jeff Kress.

The "Friends of WSLX" are a dedicated and talented bunch indeed:

Longtime radio personality Peter Bush Swanberg (SLS ’73/WFOX 95.9 The Fox) helps manage WSLX on a volunteer basis, and he along with Dan Mecca (SLS ’81) were two of the original founding members of the station "Way Back When". They provide countless hours of help, support, and advice.
When he's not busy keeping all the stations in the Cox Media Group up and running, engineer extraordinaire Ed Butler generously volunteers his time and talents, which helps us not only "put out fires", but also to continue the station’s operational development and upkeep.

    Attention SLS Students and Faculty!
If you are a St. Luke's student, we have openings for all phases of the station's operation: broadcasting, production, and reporting. We need on-air personalities with knowledge of and interest in music/sports/talk, people to record daily weather, sports, news, morning announcements, promotional materials, and schedulers to produce programming logs so the station's content is refreshed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will also need support for our fall football and winter basketball play-by-play broadcasts. If you are an upper school student interested in learning about and participating in broadcast radio in any of these areas, see Mr. Kress or Mr. Haynie!
