Bring your budding artist, your nature explorer, or your young music-lover to St. Luke's beautiful Hilltop for Summer at St. Luke's—now featuring several new courses designed to engage and delight Pre-K through adult learners. Quell the summertime doldrums—register today for Music, Art and Nature Camp, Ecology Adventures Science Camp, Sports Camp and more—all led by enthusiastic, experienced professionals.

2020 Summer Programs for Pre-K Through Adult

Art on the Hilltop

Art on the Hilltop. Imagination and freedom to experiment make Art on the Hilltop a favorite workshop for elementary school artists. Paint, draw, and sculpt—or build wind chimes, still lifes and paper-mache models. 
August 17 - 21
Ages 5 to 9.

Ceramics

Ceramics Workshop. Learn to throw, shape, shape, and spin bowls on potter's wheel. At week's end, artists will take home unique, kiln-fired ceramic work of art. 
June 22-26
Rising 6th-8th graders. Also, 12th-adults.

DIY Teddy Bear Camp

DIY Teddy Bear Camp. Craft one-of-a-kind teddy bear with St. Luke's art teacher Haley Wulfman. Learn the basics of working with a pattern, stitching (hand and/or machine sewing techniques), and adding details such as eyes, notes, etc. 
June 15-19
Rising 5th-9th graders.

Mondays at the MET

Mondays at the META fun, unique opportunity savor a small selection of artwork as history teacher Abby Abbott provides rich context and vibrant detail on a privately curated tour of NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art. 
June 15
Morning session for rising 9th-12th graders (10:00-11:30am).
Afternoon session for adults (1:00-2:30pm).

Music, Art, and Nature Camp

Music, Art, and Nature Camp. A wide variety of hands-on activities blending music, art, and the outdoors. Sunshine and fresh air + freedom to create = happy summer campers! 
Six one-week sessions beginning June 15. 
Ages 4-7.
