designLab Camp - Woodworking

In the designLab we can become inventors, carpenters, engineers and designers. Led by designLab faculty member Kimberly Gerardi, this class is designed to allow our youngest students to tinker with tools and gadgets in order to understand the foundations of basic woodworking. In this safe and encouraging environment, students will get a safety overview and hands-on experience building with wood. Each student will create a plan, build and assemble gumball machines, and learn about simple machines. The program fee includes the cost of materials for students’ projects.

Please contact Hunter Martin with questions regarding the workshop.
