Christy has held numerous leadership positions throughout the course of her career. Most recently, she was Executive Director and Head of Leadership, Service and Risk Development at Morgan Stanley where she was tasked with identifying, selecting, developing and mentoring senior management talent across the firm’s Wealth Management business. A seasoned learning and development executive, Christy also built out the firm’s Practice Management Consulting Group and ran its Wealth Advisor Group where she focused on bringing education and efficiency to the practices of Morgan Stanley wealth managers. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Christy served in various Marketing roles at Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney and Bear Stearns.

Christy is passionate about mentorship and diversity efforts and spends much of her time mentoring women who are new to the workforce or the Financial Services industry. She has been actively involved in various Morgan Stanley philanthropic efforts, supporting both the New York Presbyterian Children’s Hospital and Westchester Food Bank.

Born and raised in New Canaan, she and her husband, Adam (also a lifelong resident of NC), are parents to Connor (’26) and Cassidy (’28). They also have a younger son, TJ. They have been at St. Luke’s since 2018.
