Exploring the Nation’s Capital
St. Luke’s eighth graders are counting down the days until this year’s virtual Washington, D.C. trip on April 15 and 16, when students will explore our nation’s capital without leaving the comfort of their classrooms on the Hilltop. The eighth grade team and the Center for Leadership partnered with Envoys, an educational travel company, to plan two days of adventure, teamwork, and fun. Throughout their trip, students will enjoy virtual sightseeing of the memorials, online exploration of the Smithsonian museums, activities, a special project, fun and games, and some surprises along the way.
