    HOW TO SCHEDULE CONFERENCES:
The scheduling for Parent-Teacher conferences will be done entirely online using a scheduling program called pickAtime. Parents will be able to create an individual schedule of appointments. The parent must first log onto the MySLS Login and navigate to the Resource Board. There will be a link on the Resource Board titled "Parent Conferences." Click on this box to schedule your appointments.

Some important details about this conference:
    • Sign-ups are on a first come, first served basis beginning Friday morning, November 2.
    • The earlier one signs up, the greater likelihood that one will be able to schedule conferences, either consecutively or with few breaks.
    • Conferences are scheduled at 10-minute intervals with 5 minutes allowed for passing. There will be breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon as well as one for lunch at noon.
    • Parents who are divorced or separated must schedule conferences together, not separately.
    • If you are unable to attend a scheduled conference, please be sure to go back to the Resource Board and click on Parent Conferences and cancel appointments, allowing other parents to use the time slots.
    • Please be advised that these are the only two days set aside for the fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. Teachers are not obligated to reschedule for a later date.
