Michael Kramer

Michael Kramer is a founding member and CEO of Ducera LLC, a boutique investment banking firm. Immediately prior to Ducera, he was a Partner at Perella Weinberg Partners, an investment banking firm, where he was head of its restructuring, power, and TMT practices among other areas. He was formerly Founding and Managing Director of his own firm, Kramer Capital Partners, an investment banking firm that was acquired by Perella Weinberg Partners in 2007.

Prior to founding Kramer Capital Partners, Michael was Head of Financial Restructuring and a member of the Management Committee at Greenhill & Co. and served in various senior positions at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Inc. He is also a private investor in a variety of areas, including television stations in Puerto Rico, a winery in Oregon, restaurants, a drug development company, and various real estate ventures and technology companies.

Mr. Kramer holds a BS degree from California State University at Northridge. He lives in New Canaan with his wife, Tina, and has three children - Justin '14, Jared '22, and Marissa '23.
