St. Luke's Squash Alum Clash At Naval Academy

Dan Clarke

St. Luke’s Alumnae Lindsay Bralower ‘13 and Hayley Parsons ‘14, both former SLS Squash players, met recently when The University of Virginia and Williams College Women’s Squash teams clashed at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.

Bralower, who is co-captain of the UVA team, and Parsons, who plays the #2 slot for Williams, were teammates at SLS for a number of years and have both gone on to have very successful college careers.

Williams would beat UVA 7-2 on the day but there were plenty of smiles between the two former teammates both before and after the match.

The Williams team is currently 13-3 overall for the season and travel to Columbia University for their next match on January 27 quickly followed by matches against Wesleyan University and Amherst College on January 28.

The UVA team is 4-3 overall and face a trip to Brown University this weekend where they will also face Middlebury College, Connecticut College and Bowdoin College in the space of three days.
