Ethical Leadership Institute for Faculty & Staff

V. Parker
from Director of Character Education Kate Parker-Burgard:

For the fourth year in a row, some of St. Luke's faculty and staff met with Dr. Martin Stegemoeller of St. Mark's School (Dallas, TX) as part of the Center for Leadership's Ethical Leadership Institute. During the two day workshop, participating faculty and staff defined and deepened their understanding of ethical leadership. Stegemoeller talked about how being an effective ethical leader requires using one’s head, heart and hands. The group also had meaningful discussions about how students can develop into their best selves by positively contributing to the world.
