Students Prepare for Leadership Roles

V. Parker
From Director of the Center for Leadership Stephanie Bramlett:

St. Luke’s Center for Leadership (CFL) had its own preseason busy preparing student leaders for the school year through a series of workshops and retreats. Students leaders learned about behaviors of exemplary leadership, participated in activities to help them reflect on their own leadership, and created a mission and goals for their organizations.

The Center for Leadership summer workshops included the Student Diversity Leadership Council Retreat (8/24); Student Council Retreat (8/29); Athletics Captain Leadership Workshop, known as the Captain’s Clinic (8/31); and Honor Council (8/31). The Captain’s Clinic was done in partnership with the Athletics Department.

We are looking forward to seeing these student leaders in action.
