Athletics Captain Leadership Workshop

V. Parker
The Center for Leadership and Athletic Department came together this week for the Athletics Captain Leadership Workshop (a.k.a. Captain’s Clinic). Director of Center for Leadership Stephanie Bramlett and Athletic Director Mike West met with the fall sport captains to explore how to most effectively help lead their teams. Through discussions and role-playing exercises, these captains looked for ways how to best unite their teams towards a common goal. As Mike West shared with them, “As you navigate through the season, you need to leverage your own strengths and learn how to connect with every player on your team.”
