St. Luke's Girls Teams To Play for the Cure

Dan Clarke
The St. Luke's Field Hockey program will once again be participating in Play for the Cure (P4TC) which benefits the National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR).

2017 will mark the fifth year the Storm has been a part of the project and Field Hockey will be joined by Girls Varsity Soccer and Volleyball this October.

Last year the program raised more than $1500 for this extremely worthy cause and the three sports are well on their way to surpassing that amount already.

There will be a number of events in October including joint practices with Varsity and Middle School, Bake Sales and the 3rd Annual Field Hockey Shoot-out at Homecoming.

Full Schedule events outlined below:

Wednesday, October 4: White FH P4TC game vs. GFA at home at 3:15pm
Saturday, October 21: Homecoming - 3rd Annual P4TC FH shootout at 10:30am
Tuesday, October 24: Varsity FH P4TC game vs. Hamden Hall at home at 4:15pm
