Debate Team Takes Top Awards

The St. Luke's Debate Team enjoyed numerous successes at the Connecticut Debate Association (CDA) tournament held at New Canaan High School on Saturday, February 3.
Co-captains Chloe Kekedjian '18 and Bilal Memon '18 won first place in the varsity division, beating a team from King School in the final round. In addition to the team win, Bilal was awarded first place in the individual speaker category, and Chloe took second. Sophomores Amelie Warneryd and Marco Volpitta placed third overall in the varsity division.
We look forward to another CDA tournament in the coming weeks.
