Weight Room Open to Students and Alumni
All St. Luke’s students and alumni are invited to use the weight room this summer every Monday-Thursday between 3:30-6:00pm.
The weight room, which is located on the bottom floor of the Athletic Center, will be open for use starting Monday, June 18 all the way through to Thursday, August 9.
St. Luke’s strength and conditioning coach Mr. Havens will be available to offer advice, programming, and supervision for anyone interested in a workout.
