New Art Gallery Debut: St. Luke's Faculty & Staff Exhibition

Did you know that a St. Luke's Middle School Science teacher is a talented photographer or the Center for Leadership Director is a skilled painter? The St. Luke’s Faculty & Staff Art Exhibition in the newly opened Arts Wing shows off works by 17 members of our community and features photographs, paintings, drawings, poetry, and sculpture.

“We thought having an exhibition celebrating the wonderful hidden talents and creativity of our faculty and staff would be a great way to introduce the new gallery to the St. Luke's community,” shared Upper School Art Department Chair Sean Lynch. “We are thrilled to have so many new and unexpected participants in this art exhibition.”

St. Luke’s Faculty & Staff Art Exhibition features works by Jay Blau, Mark Chuhta, Brinley Ehlers, Eli Fendelman, Dale Griffa, Katie Kaplan, Sean Lynch, Leo Mahler, Nicole Manginello, Chris Mantz, Hunter Martin, Kate Parker-Burgard, David Parsons, Nancy Sarno, Kirsten Tobler, Ty Wieland, Haley Wulfman, and Jeorge Yankura.

Lynch added, “We encourage the entire St. Luke’s community to visit the exhibition and to read the artists’ statements to gain some insight into their thoughts on their work.”

St. Luke’s Faculty & Staff Art Exhibition can be seen through Wednesday, October 3, in the art gallery near the new library.
