Winter Athletes Honored In Postseason Awards

A huge congratulations to all our winter athletes whose outstanding contributions were recognized in postseason accolades.

In Girls Varsity Squash, Kendall Boege ‘18 was selected for the FAA All-League team and Katherine Pellegrino ‘19 received an Honorable Mention for her tremendous contributions to the team.

In Boys Squash, newcomer James Kontulis ‘21 was named in FAA All-League team as well as selected for All-NEPSAC honors for Class C. Captain Liam Patty ‘21 received an FAA Honorable Mention for his efforts on the court.

Janelle Johnson ‘20 and Caroline Lau ‘22 were named FAA All-League and All-NEPSAC in the Class B division for their exceptional achievement on the court for Girls Varsity Basketball. Sydney Cummings ‘19 received an Honorable Mention for both FAA and All-NEPSAC. The trio was also named in the NEPSAC All-Star team for Class B.

For Boys Basketball, Chuck Clemons ‘20 was selected for the FAA All-League team in his first season with the Storm. The junior guard also received a Class B All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention alongside Gavin Greene ‘20 and Chris Jones ‘23.

From St. Luke’s puck squad, outstanding leadership and standout skill on the ice earned Hockey captain CJ Woodberry ‘19  a place on the All-FAA team. Woodberry ended the season with 56 points in 19 games, scoring 27 goals and providing 29 assists. He was in the penalty box only once all season.

Finally, Phoebe Kurth ‘20 was rewarded for her remarkable races for the St. Luke’s Ski team. The junior scooped All-FAA, All-State honors and qualified for Team CT.
