Model UN Team at Cornell Conference

VGP
From Model UN Advisor Abby Abbott:

Eleven members of St. Luke’s Model United Nations team competed in a four-day conference at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. In addition to participating in General Assembly sessions, St. Luke’s students  earned spots on various Crisis Committees, which are highly coveted. As Crisis Committee members, students are summoned in the middle of the night to address an urgent matter. During their free time, students toured the campus, as well as  attended a college Q & A session and a delegate dance.

St. Luke’s team was happy to welcome new members Eddy Boris, Liam Patty, and Jonathan Hobson. A big thanks to Mr. Thomas for chaperoning this exciting weekend.

The 11 members in attendance included Brody Menzies ‘20, Julian Velez ‘20, Eddy Boris ‘21, Jack Conti ‘21, Tyler Dusek ‘21, Cameron Hill ‘21, Jonathan Hobson ‘21, Jack Laibe ‘21, Evan Panageas ‘21, Liam Patty ‘21, and Aarit Bhatnagar ‘22.
