Praise for St. Luke’s Artists’ Massive Mural

V Parker
From US Art Chair Sean Lynch:

Early this fall, I received an inquiry from Carrie Corcoran, a St. Luke's Parent. She asked if we had any art students who could “paint a 30ft x 8ft mural of a marshy scene evocative of the setting in the book Where the Crawdads Sing by New York Times best-selling author Delia Owens.”

St. Luke's juniors Moli Ma and Samantha Schwartz accepted the challenge. They spent many hours designing and painting the mural, which ultimately elicited rave reviews from the event organizers and attendees, as well as tears of joy from the author herself.
