SLTC's Upcoming August Osage County

V. Parker
St. Luke’s Theater Company (SLTC) is preparing for the award-winning and acerbic play August Osage County by Tracy Letts.

As described by playbill.com, “When the family patriarch vanishes, the Westons return to rural Oklahoma to care for their afflicted, manipulative mother Violet. Armed with prescription drugs and paranoid mood swings, Violet reigns over the home as family secrets unfold.” St. Luke’s Director of Theater Arts Jason Peck added, “The actors are doing incredible work to bring this unflinching and uproarious play to life. It’ll have you gasping one moment and laughing the next.”

There will be two chances to see this production in the Wyckoff Family Black Box Theater: Friday, January 10 at 7:00pm and Saturday, January 11 at 1:00pm. Admission is free and open to the public.

Recommended for ages fourteen and up. Under fourteen years old must be accompanied by an adult.
