St. Luke's Honors Fall Seniors

Daniel Clarke
Four St. Luke’s teams were due to celebrate their seniors before the last scheduled home games on Saturday, Nov. 7.

However, the school pivoted to St. Luke’s at Home on Thursday, Nov. 5, so the St. Luke’s Athletic Department honored the 25 seniors at their homes.

On Monday, Nov. 9, the Storm paid tribute to its seniors on the cross country team by dropping life-size cutouts of the six runners and a commemorative plaque at each individual’s house. Cate Mathews, Marguerite DeMarco, Shane Carbin, Aidan Gunn, Jackson Hart, and William Patty also received a special video message from Head Coach Corliss Spencer, thanking them for all they had given to the program.

Tuesday, Nov. 10, was Field Hockey Senior Day, when another six Storm seniors were acknowledged. Lucy Ehlers, Kathleen Ehlers, Eloise LeClerc, Bella Martino, Huntley Pizzarelli, and Devon Schiff received their gifts and cutouts, as well as a message from Head Coach Emily Walsh.

It was boys soccer turn on Wednesday, Nov. 11, when the Storm recognized 10 players from the Class of 2021 for their significant contributions to the program. The Athletic Department made the rounds once again, and Head Coach Ryan Fairhurst sent his players this message to thank them for their hard work.

Our final fall team to celebrate was girls varsity soccer on Thursday, Nov. 12. Audrey Magnussen, Julia Lombardo, and Ryan Weil all served as captains this season and were thanked by Head Coach Dan Clarke, who also delivered their celebratory cutouts and plaques.
