Les crêpes sont délicieuses!

S.A.
Madame Berry’s sixth-grade French class had a special treat this week when Madame Badan taught the class how to make crepes!  Sweet or savory, this thin pancake is a big part of French culture and cuisine. As Madame Badan shared with the class, some say the dish was created accidentally during the 1800s at the Monte Carlo restaurant in Paris by a teenage assistant making dessert for the Prince of Wales. Others date this delectable dish all the way back to the 13th century in Brittany, France, when someone spilled thin porridge. Either way, les crêpes sont délicieuses!
