The Theory of Relativity Nominated for Five Sondheim Awards
At the end of June, St. Luke’s Theater was nominated for five Sondheim Awards for the production of The Theory of Relativity. The Stephen Sondheim Awards are in recognition of outstanding high school musical theater productions. Any Connecticut public, private, parochial, or charter school producing a published, licensed musical is eligible.
St. Luke’s Theater Arts teacher Dawn Fuller shared: “What an incredible honor to receive five Stephen Sondheim Awards recognitions. It's been quite a year, and to have our work held in such high regard makes it all worthwhile. My "hats off" to the students for their commitment and artistry, and to the entire theater faculty for their collaborative efforts. What a ride!”
