Come Cheer the Storm at Homecoming

The 2021 St. Luke’s Homecoming promises to be a highlight of the school year, with an exciting lineup of varsity games that are sure to make it a day to remember for Storm fans.

Homecoming gets underway at 11am with the annual SLS Fun Run, which is always a great way to start the day. Runners of all ages and levels are welcome to participate in the 3K meet.

At noon, boys varsity soccer will be the first team to take the field in a highly anticipated contest against local rival King School. The King School Vikings will make the short trip from Stamford to face the Storm in a huge FAA contest on the Class of 2015 Field.

Varsity volleyball is the next team in action for another FAA matchup. The Storm welcomes Masters School (New York) to Carey Gymnasium, where they hope to defeat the Panthers and continue their winning streak.

Next up, varsity field hockey hosts Rye Country Day School at 2pm on the Class of 2018 Field in another FAA game. With a 6-1 record, the Storm has been excellent this year and is sure to deliver an exciting match against the Wildcats.

Girls varsity soccer also welcomes the Masters School Panthers for the last FAA match of the day, which will take place at 2:30pm. The Storm remains unbeaten with an impressive 8-0-1 record and hopes to bring home another win on Saturday.

St. Luke’s football is the final contest of the day when the Storm hosts Portsmouth Abbey School at 3pm on Watson Field at Pedrick Stadium. SLS football is back at home after two tough away trips and eager to improve its 2-2 record in front of what promises to be a raucous homecoming crowd.
