Daniel Clarke
The Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) fall playoff schedules are now set.

All four eligible St. Luke’s varsity teams will compete next week for a chance to win their respective FAA Tournament Championships. All games will take place at the school of the higher seed.

After winning the regular season title, girls soccer qualified as the No. 1 seed and will play No. 8 seed Hamden Hall on Monday, Nov. 8, in the quarterfinal at 2pm. If the girls progress, they will face the winner of the match between Sacred Heart Greenwich (No. 4) and Rye Country Day School (No. 5) in the semi-final on Wednesday, Nov. 10. The final is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 12, at 2pm.

Boys soccer earned the No. 5 seed and travels to Greens Farms Academy on Tuesday, Nov. 9, for a 1:30pm kickoff. The winner will progress to the semi-final against the No. 1 seed Hopkins School on Thursday, Nov. 11. The boys FAA final takes place on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 1:30pm.

The St. Luke’s varsity volleyball team finished fifth and will play No. 4 seed Sacred Heart of Greenwich on Tuesday, Nov. 9, at 4pm. The winner will compete against Hopkins School in the semi-final on Thursday, Nov. 11. The final will take place on Saturday, Nov. 13.

SLS field hockey ended the FAA season in a three-way tie for third place and was randomly selected as the No. 4 seed. The Storm will host the No. 5 seed Rye Country Day School on Tuesday, Nov. 9, at 2pm. The winner of that contest will face the No. 1 seed Sacred Heart of Greenwich on Thursday, Nov. 11. The FAA Field Hockey Final is on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 2pm.

Good luck to all our teams in the FAA playoffs. If you plan to come cheer on the Storm during the early afternoon contests, a reminder that the tennis courts are available for parking.
