SLS Science Teachers Take a Field Trip to the Maritime Aquarium
On Saturday, Jan. 21, the Upper School science department (and a few friends) enjoyed Teacher Appreciation Weekend at The Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk, CT. They shared a fun, educational, scientific, and meaningful experience learning about jellyfish, seals, meerkats, sharks, stingrays, the Giant Pacific Octopus, and more! Upper School Science Teacher Dr. John Higgins said, “It was a great way to bond and share our love of science with each other outside the classroom!”
