SLS PA: Mosaic Hosts End-of-Summer Potluck
On August 16, 2023, SLS Mosaic held its annual end-of-summer community-wide family potluck gathering.
It was a perfect evening where new and current SLS families, faculty, and staff gathered on the Be Kind Plaza for an abundance of food and fun. The night started with music, dinner, and mingling, during which time a friendly game of mingle bingo was played.
Greetings & remarks were shared by Julia Gabriele, Associate Head of School and CFO, Liz Perry, Assistant Head of School for Academics, Jaci Nelson, Equity and Inclusion Director, and Mike Rupp, Associate Director of Admission. Delicious food, fun, community, and laughter were shared by all!
Mosaic is a group for St. Luke’s families of color, multicultural families, and any member of the SLS community who would like to celebrate the school’s diversity. The 2022-2023 Mosaic Chairpersons are: Ines Marque P’26 ’29, Uchenna Pratt P ’21, ‘23, Karla Sead P’19,’20,’23 , Erika Carryl P ‘26, ‘27 and Ayana Thomas P’28.
