Four Soccer Stars Honored By State
Congratulations to Nikolai Bonwetsch ’24, Eli Brody ’24, Watson Meyer ’24, and Lena Olbrys ’25 who were honored at the Connecticut High School Soccer Awards Banquets on Jan. 19.
Watson, Nikolai, and Eli were an integral part of the boys varsity soccer team that won the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) tournament title in the fall. The trio was selected as part of a 24-man roster for the Prep School Class S/M 2023 All-State Team by The Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association.

Lena, one of the girls varsity soccer captains, was a key member of the team that was a finalist in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Class C tournament. She was one of 23 girls from the preparatory schools recognized by the Connecticut Girls Soccer Coaches Association.
