The Middle School Online Math Academy offers review and enrichment courses for St. Luke’s students rising into 5th-8th grade who would like a little extra practice with their Math 5, Math 6, Pre-Algebra, or Algebra 1 class ahead of the new school year.
The class begins on Monday, June 28 and concludes on Friday, August 20, and consists of approximately 2 hours of Khan Academy instruction each week, which students can work through at their own pace with an optional Zoom meeting time every Monday from 9am-10am with St. Luke’s Math teachers Susan Garnett and Melissa Zurkowski. New material will be assigned every Tuesday at 10am.
When registering for this class, you’ll be asked to indicate the class that your child completed in the 2020-2021 year so that Ms. Garnett and Mrs. Zurkowski can share a link to join the online class that will best help them review the material from their year. We look forward to working with your children!
Please contact Susan Garnett with questions regarding St. Luke’s summer math offerings for middle schoolers.
