St. Luke’s Upcoming Winter Musicals

In the doldrums of winter, St. Luke’s is ready to burst into song with its two winter musicals: Into the Woods and Disney’s The Lion King Jr.
The Upper School will kick off back-to-back weekend productions with Into the Woods. This compelling musical—with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine—intertwines several fairy tales with various plot twists along the way. St. Luke’s talent-filled production of Into the Woods will be performed Friday, February 26 at 7pm and Saturday, February 27 at 2pm & 7pm.
The following weekend, St. Luke’s Middle School will present Disney’s The Lion King Jr.This condensed version of the long-running Broadway hit musical will incorporate innovative costumes, many masks and a stellar cast and crew. Disney’s The Lion King Jr. will be performed Friday, March 4 at 7pm and Saturday, March 5 at 3pm.
St. Luke’s winter musical productions will be presented in the school’s Seldin Performing Arts Center. All performances are free admission and open to the public.
