2016-2017 Annual Fund Phonathon

K. Murphy/VGP
The 2016-2017 Annual Fund is in full swing. On the evening of Wednesday, October 26 our wonderful volunteer team of Annual Fund Ambassadors will be placing calls to all St. Luke’s families to discuss this year’s Annual Fund.  More than 30 dedicated parents, led by Co-Chairs Deborah Sellon Burnaman and Erika Long, have volunteered to help achieve our Annual Fund goals this year. We are so fortunate to have such a talented and committed team.

Thank you to those of you who have already pledged or made your gifts.
St. Luke’s makes every effort to make giving easy.  Gifts can be made securely online at www.stlukesct.org/give or by completing your pledge envelope and returning it to the school.  You may also feel free to contact Annual Fund Director Kathleen Murphy at murphyk@stlukesct.org or 203-801-4859. St. Luke’s accepts gifts of cash, checks, credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) or securities.  If you make your gift prior to October 26 you will not be called.

Contributions to the Annual Fund represented 8% of the School’s operating budget last year.  We rely on the generosity and participation of all members of our community to support the core operations of our school, including faculty salaries & benefits, teams, clubs and co-curricular programs, and tuition assistance.

If you wish not to receive a call on October 26, please make your gift online or contact Kathleen Murphy at murphyk@stlukesct.org or 203-801-4859 before Wednesday night. Thank you for your continued generosity to this most important effort.

If your child is a member of the Class of 2017, you will not receive an Annual Fund solicitation letter or phone call this week.  Planning for the Senior Gift is in progress and members of your class will be in touch with more specifics in the weeks ahead.
