On Wednesday, the staff of the Caduceus—the St. Luke's yearbook—unveiled this year's edition in an all-school ceremony. Annabel Holland '15, who along with Jessy Quindlen '15, served as head editor on the six-student staff, introduced the book's theme to the audience. "We wanted to combine the relevance of media, technology, and journalism, with the idea of making our memories here on the Hilltop last," Holland explained to an eager crowd of students and faculty.
The biggest cheers were reserved for the unveiling of the dedication, as voted on by the Class of 2015. Citing "his willingness to listen or talk to anyone in need...an important quality in any teacher," Quindlen presented a name-stamped copy to Dale Griffa, who received a standing ovation.
The 300 page, full-color yearbook remains available for pre-order through May 27. (Orders can be placed here) The Caduceus will be delivered to students starting on May 29. Students are encouraged to reserve their copies prior to delivery. A limited number will be on sale for $85 in school starting on May 29.
