6th Graders Explore Environmental Artwork

VGP
Sean Lynch’s 6th grade art students got down and dirty with their artwork last week. The art students worked outside on environmental artworks based on the work of the Scottish artist Andy Goldsworthy. Lynch said, “They were encouraged to create a work of art, in the spirit of Goldsworthy, using only what nature has provided in that area.” Jack Phelps ‘22 was awarded artwork of the week for his Goldsworthy-inspired sculpture.
