St. Luke’s Theatre Department is ready to captivate you with its two spring productions: This Is A Test and Avenue Q: School Edition.
Next weekend is the Middle School production of the creative comedy This Is A Test. As the clock ticks down during a test, mayhem ensues as everything you think could go wrong, does! It’s a fun, fast-paced 45 minutes which you’ll have to come see to discover how it ends.
The following weekend, the Upper School presents the Tony Award-winning satire, Avenue Q. This witty musical tells the story of a college grad named Princeton who moves into a shabby New York apartment way out to a place called Avenue Q. This musical will have you simultaneously laughing and gasping as it addresses some realities of everyday life...and it’s all through impressive puppetry.
This Is A Test will be Friday, May 13 at 7:00pm and Saturday, May 14 at 3:00pm in the Black Box Theater. Avenue Q: School Edition will be Friday, May 20 at 7:00pm and Saturday, May 21 at 2:00pm and 7:00pm in the Seldin Performing Arts Center.
