PA Pie Giveaway: A Sweet Tradition

V. Parker
"The PA Pie Giveaway is a really sweet tradition here at St. Luke’s."

This comment from PA parent Kristen Gunn beautifully sums up this sumptuous annual event. As part of the Parents’ Association Faculty & Staff Appreciation Committee, Gunn—along with Lise Schonfield, Peppi Jones, Suzanne Fredericks—reached out to parents to donate pies and the response was tremendous.

In the midst of Parent-Teacher Conferences, faculty and staff made time to stop by the many tables piled with pies. From pumpkin to pecan, the pie selection was plentiful. The remaining pies are being donated to Inspirica families in Stamford.

Many thanks to the generosity and thoughtfulness of St. Luke’s parents and reminding us all we have much to be thankful for.
