Moving Moments and Laughter in Spring Plays

V. Parker
Within a four-week span, St. Luke’s Theatre presented three great theatre productions: The 39 Steps, The Giver and Love/Sick.

St. Luke's Theatre Company—comprised of the Advanced Acting class students started it off on April 21 and 22 during SpringFest with its hilarious and fast-paced production of The 39 Steps. Then on May 11 and 12, the Middle School expertly presented The Giver—a moving story about a boy trying to change a futuristic, dystopian society. The 2016-2017 St. Luke’s Theatre season wrapped up on May 19 and 20 with the entertaining Love/Sick. This well-attended production showcased the skills of some St. Luke’s senior student directors as well as the strong talent of the actors, crew and faculty.
