From Fantome to Phantom for French Students

V. Parker
St. Luke’s French Language and French exchange students headed to NYC to see the Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera.
From Upper School World Language Chair Jon Shee:

For the 18th year, St. Luke’s French 4 and Honors French 4 classes traveled to see the longest-running Broadway musical The Phantom of the Opera. This trip is taken after the students finish reading (in French) an adaptation of the original Gaston LeRoux novel, Le Fantôme de l'Opéra. This year we were fortunate to have our French exchange students from our partner school St. Michel de Picpus join us for this annual tradition.
