SLS PA: A Successful First Coffee & Conversation

AT
The Parents' Association held its first Coffee & Conversation with Director of Counseling Services, Kari Olsen on Thursday, November 4. After introducing Camille DeMarco-Havens and Emily Kress to a group of interested parents, Kari and her team lead a lively conversation on “When You Know Something’s Up, But Not Sure What.” They shared strategies for how to talk to kids when they aren’t in the mood to talk. This outdoor event was a wonderful opportunity for parents to meet and engage with our fantastic counseling team, ask questions and benefit from their experience.
