Spring Athletes Honored in Postseason Awards

Following another successful spring season, 24 St. Luke’s athletes were honored in the Fairfield Athletic Association (FAA) postseason awards.
 
In baseball, Teddy Cashman ‘22 and Ethan Righter ‘22 were named All-League First Team for their outstanding contributions. Justin Higgins ‘23 was named All-League Second Team, and Everett Andersen ‘22 received an Honorable Mention.
 
After a strong performance this season, Chad Ruggiero ‘23 was named All-FAA First Team for golf, and senior Ben Loomis received an Honorable Mention.
 
In girls golf, Ally Shulman ‘25 received an Honorable Mention for her contributions to the Storm’s inaugural FAA season.
 
Boys lacrosse captain Dillon Mannix ‘22 made the All-League First Team for his outstanding contributions. Fellow captain Matty Goldstein ‘22 was named All-League Second Team, and Sully Franz ‘22 received an Honorable Mention for his stellar performance as the team’s face-off specialist.
 
In girls lacrosse, Annalise Correia was named All-FAA First Team for the second year in a row, and Georgia Bennett ‘24 was named All-League Second Team. Sarah Beran ‘23 received an Honorable Mention.
 
Alex Bacher ‘24 was named on the All-FAA First Team for softball for her tremendous season on the mound. Lilli Messina ‘22, Jessica Hausman ‘22, and Aurora Levesque were named on the All-league Second Team, with Dakota Kelly receiving an Honorable Mention.
 
Max Kavan ‘23 and Phillip Etergino ‘23 were both selected for the All-FAA First Team in boys tennis for a stellar season, and Todd Canaliato ‘25 received an Honorable Mention.
 
Finally, in girls tennis, Kelly Nuener ‘24 and Layla Magnusen ‘22 both made the All-FAA First Team, and Macy Millones ‘23 received an Honorable Mention.
