The Middle School art department recently collaborated with the seventh grade science department to create creature tiles that reflected what students were learning about ecosystems. After researching desert, arctic, temperate, and rainforest habitats, students chose an organism to illustrate. Using various sculpting techniques, students brought their organisms to life on these captivating clay pieces.
The students’ tiles are displayed outside the Middle School Art Studio. All are welcome to check out the amazing interdisciplinary work!
