Noel Thomas Named MSG Varsity Connecticut Player of the Year

Dan Lyons
After a terrific senior season during which he compiled over 2000 total yards and 25 total touchdowns for the 8-1 Storm, Noel Thomas '13 has been named the Connecticut Player of the Year by MSG Varsity.

Thomas split time at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver on offense, and added 43 tackles and a team-leading four interceptions on defense for St. Luke's, who won the NEPSAC Class C Championship this season with a victory in the Dan Rorke Bowl.  In his career at St. Luke's, he finished with 4,888 total yards and 53 touchdowns.

Noel sat down with MSG Varsity's John Brickley yesterday on High School Sports Desk to discuss the award, his St. Luke's career, and his future in football.

Congratulations to Noel on this award, and a terrific St. Luke's career.
