St. Luke's Boys JV Soccer held on to defeat Brunswick on Friday afternoon in a tight game. After battling for forty minutes to a 0-0 halftime score, where the Storm pushed a number of nice opporunities just wide of the net, St. Luke's managed to book three second half goals to go up 3-0. Josh Mitchell blasted a shot for the 18-yard box for a beautiful goal, Hunter Libman marked a nice penalty shot in the left corner and E.J. Salamone cleaned up for a goal in the box. Brunswick battled back admirably to make the game close at the end, but the storm defense managed to hold on for the win. Ross Kennedy, Will Bralower, Ryan Linneman and Alistair Bates all shined heavy minutes.
