SLS Students Featured in Teen Vogue

VGP
The Pink Portrait Project—a program that offers free portraits to families dealing with cancer—was the brainchild of SLS students Caleigh ‘16 and Lynden Steele ‘19. After their mother was diagnosed with cancer, they found looking at photos to be comforting and wanted to help other families struggling with the disease. Thanks to a grant Caleigh received when participating in the AnnPower Vital Voices Initiative program, she and her sister were able to make their portrait project a reality.

This wonderful project and their story were recently featured in Teen Vogue.
