M. "Bill" Macey is a managing partner of Sterling Investment Partners, a private equity firm based in Westport, Conn. He was a co-founder of Sterling in 1991 and is involved in all aspects of the firm's business. Bill has served on the board of directors of numerous private as well as public companies, and presently serves on the boards of Lazer Spot, Inc., Service Logic, and Survey Sampling International.
Bill is also a director of Norwalk Grass Roots Tennis, a non-profit organization that provides after school programs to children of Norwalk, Connecticut's housing projects.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Yale Law School. Bill is married to Sharon G. Macey, and they have three children: Maxwell ‘13, Morgan ‘15 and Meredith '20.
