John Krill '18 Named to Olympic Development Water Polo Team
John Krill ‘18 was selected for the 18 and under northeast Olympic Development water polo team to play in nationals
John Krill ‘18 was selected for the 18 and under northeast Olympic Development water polo team to play in nationals. He is one of thirteen boys selected from two try out weekends at Brown and the Naval Academy from a total pool of one hundred participants. Krill is the only sophomore, and the youngest member of the team.
Krill and his fellow teammates have had training sessions with the Brown and Naval Academy coaches, and will head to California to represent the northeast in the National tournament. The Olympic Development team is a pipeline for the selection of future Olympians. Krill’s achievement is quite the honor in the water polo world.
