Haynie Talks to Life Skills Class

VGP
St. Luke’s Director of Safety & Security Troy Haynie wore a different hat this week as guest speaker at Lorraine Wagner’s 8th grade Life Skills classes. As a 22 year EMT volunteer, Haynie has seen his shares of traumas, many of them being alcohol-related. Speaking to a room of future drivers, Haynie shared stories of preventable accidents all caused by drunk drivers. He said, "It’s not always what harm drunk drivers can do to themselves but rather the harm they can do to others."
