St. Luke's Omar Fortt Receives Offer From UCONN

Dan Clarke
Congratulations to Omar Fortt ‘17, who received an offer to play Football at UCONN in 2017.

The rising senior, who plays both as a wide receiver and safety, is clearly looking forward to to playing with the Huskies, “It’s a huge plus. I’m staying close to home, close to family so they can come up; I’ve already had so many people say they’re going to watch me, so it’s always good to give back to the whole state.”

Head Coach Noel Thomas said, “He is a young man who values the honor code. I trust him—he is a great representative of our school and our football program. He’s a team first guy.”
