Excitement Builds For Hackathon 2017

V. Parker
The excitement for the 2017 Hackathon is building as it’s just weeks away. Computer science teacher Zach Brusko went to his first Hackathon last year. He discovered, "It exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed by the energy and focus of the 'hackers' participating, not to mention all the creative projects." Meredith Macey '20 added, "It was such a cool bonding experience with my friends."

During this year’s State of the School presentation, past Hackathons experiences were shared through a short video and enthusiastic testimonials from Bilal Memon '18 and Dominic DeMarco '18.

The Hackathon is open to St. Luke’s students in grades 5-12 who can work in prearranged teams or solo. Registration is required to participate and early signup is encouraged.
